Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once the package is picked up by the shipping provider, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you believe your package is lost, contact the shipping provider immediately to inquire about your package. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront located at 100 S Cedros Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 15 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM on Monday - Saturday and 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Un Bacio Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please be aware when selecting shipping that UPS and DHL Express do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

If you are shipping to a P.O. box, the only shipping provider that is able to fulfill this request is USPS. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product

Return Procedure

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  4. As soon as we receive the return, we will ship out the selected exchange or add store credit to your account

We do not accept any refunds at this time. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
